Below is a chronology of the case. Please note that the top entry is the most CURRENT action:

The 3rd party administrator, Simpluris, has confirmed that checks were mailed to class members on 5/16/2017. If you do not receive your check by 5/31/2017, please call (888) 251-7115 for assistance.

All payment data was sent to Simpluris (the 3rd party administrator) on 3/29/2017. Simpluris will calculate payroll taxes, then mail checks to class members. At this time, we do not have an exact date when the checks will be mailed. We are unable to provide any further information over the phone about either the timing or individual amounts of settlement. Each class member’s recovery will vary and is generally based on the number of hours worked and the rate of pay received at the time. Once we have received confirmation that Simpluris has mailed the checks, we will update this page. Please refresh this page each time you visit so you can see the most recent updates.

At the hearing on 1/5/2017, the Honorable Robert S. Lasnik approved the final settlement and attorney’s fees in this case.

If your employee number appears on the list for ALL years for which you were paid less than the minimum wage, and your mailing address has NOT changed since you worked for Menzies, no action is required at this time.
