Upon discovery that employees had been paid all back wages, this case was voluntarily dismissed on 4/24/2017.

AIRPORT TERMINAL SERVICES, INC.,

This case was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice 11/21/2016 upon discovery that employer paid all back wages to employees.

ALASKA AIR

This case was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice 3/03/2016 due to ordinance’s specific exclusion of airlines.

ATZ, INC. dba DOUG FOX PARKING
SHUTTLE PARK TWO, INC.

This Court determined that the co-defendant employers operated as separate companies and therefore lacked the requisite number of employees for application of the ordinance. As a result, this case was dismissed.

BAGS, INC.

The employer previously paid back wages directly to the class members. A settlement for interest on the back wages was reached by the parties and approved by the Court. The employer mailed checks to class members on or before 4/28/2017. CONSOLIDATED AVIATION SERVICES, INC.

INTEGRATED AIRLINE SERVICES (IAS)

The parties agreed to a settlement for back wages, which was approved by the Court on 9/08/2017. Some back wages were paid to class members prior to the finalization of the settlement. Checks for remaining individual settlement awards will be mailed to class members in November 2017. DAL GLOBAL, INC.

The employer paid back wages directly to employees prior to the court’s certification of the class. The parties filed a Stipulation and Order of Dismissal with Prejudice on 8/22/2017.

Individual settlement awards in the form of either direct deposit or check were disbursed to class members on or about 09/01/2017. Upon discovery that employees had been paid all back wages prior to litigation, this case was voluntarily dismissed on 3/31/2017.
